JP has provided on-call services supporting BTV’s NMP. JP directs planning, information management, noise monitoring, Part 150 and noise exposure maps, and implementation of noise mitigation measures for residential and non-residential properties.

JP is the Prime Consultant for MAA’s Residential Sound Insulation Program, which was created to mitigate potentially adverse noise effects felt by residents adjacent to BWI Marshall Airport.

JP provides turnkey management services for the program, which includes over 105 potentially eligible properties across two municipalities.

JP developed and implemented a public-facing website to support the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the San Luis Obispo County Los Osos Wastewater Treatment Plant.

JP developed the SCG Tax application (STAX), a multi-tenant web application designed to house large data sets that can be regularly updated from various county municipalities and public agencies' legacy systems.

JP updated NAVFAC’s Sound Insulation Guidelines, including the development of the Sound Insulation Estimator, an online tool designed to help homeowners choose appropriate sound-insulating materials for their homes.
