Project Description
JP served as the prime consultant for Dudley Neighbors Incorporated (DNI), a leading community land trust under the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI), streamlining and centralizing property inventory and homeowner data. DNI had struggled to manage information across spreadsheets, databases, and files. JP’s comprehensive information management and strategic planning services enhanced DNI’s operational efficiency, allowing them to focus on their mission of community building. JP also implemented WeaverPRM, a system for tracking properties, workflow, projects, grants, and construction, integrated with a web-based mapping interface for easy access to public and transportation services data.

- Developed and implemented WeaverPRM, allowing DNI to efficiently manage property inventories and track workflows, projects, grants, and construction activities.
- Converted and migrated all of DNI’s existing data into WeaverPRM, streamlining the transition and reducing the workload on DNI’s staff.
- Improved DNI’s ability to track homeowner communications and generate customized reports for various stakeholders.
- Provided ongoing development support for WeaverPRM, offering flexibility for minor adjustments or the addition of new modules to meet DNI’s evolving needs.
