Project Description
JP provided architectural design and construction administration services for the Burroughs Wharf properties. Situated along the scenic Boston Harbor, these luxury condominiums consist of two buildings housing 69 housing units. Originally constructed in 1992, the properties at 40 and 50 Battery Wharf required significant upgrades to their exterior envelope. JP spearheaded the design and construction administration for this comprehensive roof replacement project.

- Enhanced gutters, roof drains, downspouts, and cupolas with metal standing seam roofing.
- Supported design and construction services for window replacements and other on-call services.
