Jones Payne Architects & Planners, Inc. has been hired by the Town of Wareham, MA to conduct a feasibility study on the John W. Decas School. If approved by the Town, the former elementary school will be converted into a community center. Possible uses for the center include space for the Council on Aging, a preschool program, solar canopy lease, food pantry, and continued use of the playfields.
