JP developed the SCG Tax application (STAX), a multi-tenant web application designed to house large data sets that can be regularly updated from various county municipalities and public agencies' legacy systems.

JP updated NAVFAC’s Sound Insulation Guidelines, including the development of the Sound Insulation Estimator, an online tool designed to help homeowners choose appropriate sound-insulating materials for their homes.

JP served as the prime consultant for Dudley Neighbors Incorporated (DNI), a leading community land trust under the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI), streamlining and centralizing property inventory and homeowner data.
