Jones Payne Administers Noise Study for Harbor Community Benefits Foundation

SAN PEDRO, Calif., November 9, 2016 – The Jones Payne Group, in partnership with Landrum & Brown, has entered into an agreement with the Harbor Community Benefits Foundation (HCBF) to survey the San Pedro Community in an effort to determine areas, including schools and residences, that are potentially affected by Port-related operations. This effort is based on the initial study for the Wilmington Community, which was conducted by both firms.
