Jones Payne Supports Harbor Community Benefits Foundation

SAN PEDRO, Calif., June 9, 2017 – The Jones Payne Group, in partnership with Landrum & Brown, will continue efforts to support the Harbor Community Benefits Foundation (HCBF) and define noise impacts in its communities by conducting a Noise Monitoring Program in San Pedro, CA. This scope of work is a continuation of a study that surveyed the San Pedro Community to determine areas, including schools and residences, that are potentially affected by Port-related operations.
