Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) and its land trust Dudley Neighbors Incorporated (DNI), hired JP to streamline and consolidate property inventory and homeowner information. DNI, one of the most well respected community land trusts in the US, found it increasingly difficult to manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and files. As prime consultant, JP provided comprehensive information management and strategic planning services to allow DNI to advance its mission and concentrate its efforts on building and serving their community.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Built and implemented WeaverPRM, enabling DNI to efficiently inventory properties and track workflow, projects, grants, and construction.
• Converted and imported all of DNI’s data directly into WeaverPRM, simplifying the transition and minimizing the burden on DNI’s resources.
• Enhanced DNI’s ability to track communication with homeowners and create reports for different constituents.
• Provided continuing development services for WeaverPRM, including the ability for small adjustments to adding on entirely new modules to meet DNI’s needs.
