Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative (ALTC) hired JP to streamline and consolidate property inventory and homeowner information, centralizing its resources to enhance management and operational efficiencies. ALTC was created to promote the development of Community Land Trusts (CLT) in Atlanta to ensure permanently sustainable and affordable housing throughout the Atlanta BeltLine.  As prime consultant, JP provided comprehensive information management and strategic planning services, enabling ALTC to act as a central server that allocates skills, resources and funds to start-up and established organizations with parallel missions.  

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

We believe that WeaverPRM helps us standardize and track how the individual CLT’s, under the ALTC umbrella, function and implement regional best practices. As we move to create new land trusts, WeaverPRM ensures the continuity and integration of all the CLT’s, while allowing them to maintain and protect their unique identity within each community. – Tony Pickett, ALTC Executive Director
