Ms. Degutis serves as project manager and lead for the firm’s architecture practice group.  She brings her considerable experience and skills to managing all aspects of design, including construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. In addition to supervising staff, schedules, and budgets, Ms. Degutis excels at managing multiple projects and client coordination.

Ms. Degutis has worked in a broad array of architectural projects including housing, sound insulation, and institutional buildings.  Recognized for her knowledge of building constructability in the context of design, costs and building codes, she uses this expertise for existing condition documentation, prioritization of scope of work, product selection, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration.  With her excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player, Ms. Degutis can negotiate critical and controversial issues with consultants, clients, government agencies, and building departments.
