BOSTON, Mass., July 16, 2020 – Jones Payne is committed to growing the firm’s leadership and building responsibly for the future. To this end, we are thrilled to announce the promotions of Patrick Leroy and Nadia Melim to the position of Associate.

About Patrick Leroy

Patrick started his architectural career with Jones Payne in 1996. Serving in a dual role for the firm – as project architect and project manager – Patrick has created design solutions for a wide range of building types. His contributions over the past 24 years have made a significant impact in our transportation, housing, education and community markets. Patrick is committed to improving client and customer satisfaction, and his ability to motivate team members has led to his continued success in California and across the country. In his new role as Associate, Patrick will be the technical lead for the firm’s noise mitigation projects, responsible for marketing, overseeing and managing their growth, including two at Los Angeles World Airports, San Francisco International Airport, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. When not working or keeping ahead of home renovations, Patrick enjoys spending time on the beaches of Provincetown and San Diego, or playing chef and whipping up a feast of culinary delights to share with a group of friends or family.

About Nadia Melim

Nadia joined the firm in 2018, and has quickly proven herself to be a committed company advocate. Her 15-year career spans a variety of work on publicly funded facilities, including new construction, whole building renovations, tenant improvements, envelope overhauls, and facilities upgrades. She is an expert at building consensus, ensuring clients and teams communicate effectively and work together to maintain schedules and budgets. In her new role as Associate, Nadia will be the lead architect for the New England area, responsible for marketing, overseeing and managing the firm’s facility architecture projects, including our current work at Blackfan Circle, Chelsea Wharf, and Burlington International Airport’s Facility Sound Insulation Program. Apart from work, Nadia enjoys mountain biking and keeps busy with her 1967 Airstream restoration project.

These additions to our leadership team further advances Jones Payne’s shared mission to improve the lives of people by Building Livable Communities.
