Historic Preservation
Preserving our nation's heritage at the community level means saving tarnished, but cherished neighborhood institutions. Through the designation of historic districts, adaptive use of historic properties, development of heritage areas or historical parks, and interpretive exhibits, key buildings and sites can be enhanced and preserved. At Jones Payne, historic preservation is both a goal and a means. Our portfolio includes historically significant properties that have been preserved and rehabilitated for continued use and enjoyment.
Key Projects include:
- The Lowell Plan (MA)
- Heritage State Parks Program (MA)
- Ronan Apartments (MA)
- Bridge Street Boarding House (MA)
