Community preservation and livable communities initiatives are gaining significant ground against the tide of suburban sprawl that has been literally consuming our nation's invaluable land resources. Regional design, new communities design and planning, and traditional village centers guidelines have been a part of The Jones Payne Urban Design Group's focus and interest.
