The Jones Payne Group featured in AIANE Livable Community Exhibit
This year’s AIA New England (AIANE) conference focused on Livable Communities in the American Landscape. The annual design award program included a Livable Communities Exhibit displayed at the A.P.E. Gallery in Northampton, MA from October 1st-15th.
The Jones Payne Group’s submittal was featured along with 26 others each based on one of the AIA’s Ten Principles of Livable Communities. Jones Payne’s submittal featured the Seattle Sound Transit Sound Insulation Program and its protection of environmental resources.
The Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative Chooses WeaverPRM™ To Help Manage Affordable Housing Initiatives
The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that the Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative (ALTC) has purchased WeaverPRM™,
the firm’s web-based software that integrates workflow tracking, dwelling, and homeowner information into a
system designed to help organize and manage parcel and property-based activities. ALTC, founded in 2009, will
become a central server to create a strategic and focused approach to developing community land trust (CLT) housing initiatives around the Atlanta BeltLine.
The Jones Payne Group Approved for Massachusetts Housing Authorities' House Doctor Program
The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that the Massachusetts
Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) has approved the firm as an
architectural consultant for its House Doctor Program. The program includes preapproved architects who can provide design
services to the Commonwealth’s local housing authorities (LHAs). These services
include kitchen renovation, bath renovation, door replacement, roofing
repairs/replacement, and siding repair/replacement.
42nd Annual FAC Conference and Exposition
The Jones Payne Group will be sponsoring and presenting at the 42nd Annual FAC Conference and Exposition in Hollywood, FL,
which will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa from July 17th - July 20th. Michael Payne will be moderating a
roundtable session that will discuss: "Airport, Community, Environment, Noise Mitigation and More". Panelists will
include staff from Broward County's, Department of Aviation; Tampa International Airport; and The Urban Group.

The City of Ontario, CA Housing Department and Neighborhood Revitalization Agency selects The Jones Payne Group to perform energy audits
The City of Ontario Housing Department and Neighborhood Revitalization Agency recently awarded The Jones Payne Group (JPG)
a contract to perform duct testing for a 36 unit multi-family complex. In an effort to provide the most energy efficient
solutions, the Ontario JPG established a partnership with REAS (Residential Energy Assessment Systems), a leading agency
whose practice and focus is that of promoting comprehensive home energy improvements. JPG and REAS have been seeking
partnership opportunities since 2009.

City of Ontario, CA Quiet Home Program Selects Jones Payne Group
The Jones Payne Group has been selected to provide professional architectural,
engineering and acoustical services for residential sound insulation projects in
the City of Ontario, California. The Jones Payne Group was the top rated firm
chosen by qualifications, response to proposal and interview selection process.
The program's goal is to sound insulate approximately 75-100 houses under a
Phase 8 grant awarded by both a FAA and LAWA noise mitigation grant. The purpose
of the Residential Sound Insulation Program is to improve the living environment
of the noise-impacted residents living near LA/Ontario International Airport by
reducing interior noise levels to meet Federal and State of California Title 21
Noise Standards.
Port Columbus Residential Sound Insulation Program, Phase XI
The Jones Payne Group has been selected as the top offerror to provide project
management, design and construction management services relating to Phase XI of
the Port Columbus Residential Sound Insulation Program.
Philadelphia International Aiport Residential Sound Insulation Program, Phase III
The City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation selected the Jones Payne Group to
provide the program management services for Phase III of the Philadelphia
International Airport's Residential Sound Insulation Program.
