The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that the Madison Area Community Land Trust (Madison Area CLT) has purchased WeaverPRM™, the firm's cloud-based software that integrates workflow tracking, dwelling, and homeowner information into a system designed to help organize and manage parcel and property-based activities. Incorporated in 1991 and located in Madison, Wisconsin, the Madison Area CLT’s three-pronged mission is to create permanently affordable owner-occupied housing, revitalize economically disadvantaged neighborhoods, and protect the environment through the sound use of land and natural resources.

The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that Diane Bryant Carter and James P. Clinnin have become Principals of the firm. Ms. Carter recently joined the firm and serves as Project Director for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Noise Mitigation Program. Mr. Clinnin joined the firm in 2007 and serves as Program Manager for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority’s Quieter Home Program.
The Jones Payne Group featured in AIANE Livable Community Exhibit

This year’s AIA New England (AIANE) conference focused on Livable Communities in the American Landscape. The annual design award program included a Livable Communities Exhibit displayed at the A.P.E. Gallery in Northampton, MA from October 1st-15th.
The Jones Payne Group’s submittal was featured along with 26 others each based on one of the AIA’s Ten Principles of Livable Communities. Jones Payne’s submittal featured the Seattle Sound Transit Sound Insulation Program and its protection of environmental resources.
The Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative Chooses WeaverPRM™ To Help Manage Affordable Housing Initiatives
The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that the Atlanta Land Trust Collaborative (ALTC) has purchased WeaverPRM™,
the firm’s web-based software that integrates workflow tracking, dwelling, and homeowner information into a
system designed to help organize and manage parcel and property-based activities. ALTC, founded in 2009, will
become a central server to create a strategic and focused approach to developing community land trust (CLT) housing initiatives around the Atlanta BeltLine.
The Jones Payne Group Approved for Massachusetts Housing Authorities' House Doctor Program
The Jones Payne Group, Inc. announced that the Massachusetts
Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) has approved the firm as an
architectural consultant for its House Doctor Program. The program includes preapproved architects who can provide design
services to the Commonwealth’s local housing authorities (LHAs). These services
include kitchen renovation, bath renovation, door replacement, roofing
repairs/replacement, and siding repair/replacement.
42nd Annual FAC Conference and Exposition
The Jones Payne Group will be sponsoring and presenting at the 42nd Annual FAC Conference and Exposition in Hollywood, FL,
which will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa from July 17th - July 20th. Michael Payne will be moderating a
roundtable session that will discuss: "Airport, Community, Environment, Noise Mitigation and More". Panelists will
include staff from Broward County's, Department of Aviation; Tampa International Airport; and The Urban Group.
