COMMUTER BENEFITS
Under what is known as a “Commuter Choice” program in the federal tax code, employees can use pre-tax contributions to pay for commuting expenses.

DISABILITY
Short-term Disability (STD) provides income coverage for up to 90 days, while Long-term Disability (LTD) provides coverage after 90 days. Employees are automatically enrolled Basic LTD, and Jones Payne pays the full cost of coverage. Employees may elect Optional STD/LTD coverage and benefits.

JONES PAYNE INVESTMENT PLAN
The Jones Payne Investment Plan is Jones Payne's 401(k) savings program. Employees receive the advantage of Company Matching Contributions equal to 50% match on deferral for up to 2% of salary.

FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES
This benefit helps employees take control of their money and get the most out of their 401K benefits program and is provided at no cost to employees.

LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE
Optional Long-term Care Insurance is available via payroll deductions for employees and their spouses.

The EAP program provides confidential, accessible services to individual employees. It is a comprehensive program that helps employees resolve personal problems that may adversely impact their work performance, conduct, health and well-being.

PAID TIME OFF
Jones Payne's paid time off programs provide for a set number of paid holidays per year, along with vacation time that is based on their length of service.
